The ID-90 supports the Euro DSS1 and the French VN4 ISDN standards. It can transmit information over both B- and D-channels and handles transmission rates up to 128 kbit/s. The unit can be connected to equipment with either the RS-232/V.24 or RS-422/485 interface. These interfaces are parallel and handles data rates up to 115.2 kbit/s. The ID-90 can handle all standard ISDN protocols including HDLC transparent, X.75, V.110, V.120, X.31 D-channel, PPP and ML-PPP.
The unit can be easily setup for different applications with both switches and commands (AT, X3-PAD and CAPI 2.0).
The ID-90 has four alarm inputs which can be used to trigger SMS-messages with up to 20 characters. It is also a possible to “hot-line call” from the DTR. The adapter also has password security, callback and auto redial capability.
