Westermo Data Communications Ltd. are the U.K. subsidiary of Westermo Teleindustri AB, who are based in Sweden and are registered to ISO 9001. The U.K. Company carries out the principal business of Sales, Distribution and Technical Support of Modems (including Fibre Optic, ISDN, GSM and Radio Modems), Protocol Converters, Industrial Ethernet equipment and Fieldbus products.
It is the objective of the Company and its employees to ensure that all goods and services supplied are of the highest quality, consistent with commercial viability, meeting our Customers requirements and expectations, whilst fulfilling all applicable regulatory requirements.

Our Quality Policy is to be “Customer Focused at all times”.
To support this we have elected to operate a formal quality management and control system that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. We are committed to complying with and continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.
We have also determined a number of Quality Objectives, by which we can and will measure our performance, these are consistent with our Quality Policy.
Consequently all staff are involved, must be committed, participate in this concept and practice professionalism and system compliance where ever possible. This should be fundamental in all work undertaken and practiced daily in all activities. It shall be the responsibility of staff to work in a manner consistent with this policy and their understanding of this will be subject to periodic review.
