Application 		 
Application that uses TX ports for communication to PLC´s and computers. The fibre connection is used for communication between two buildings. In this application SDW-541 is not only a switch it is also a mediaconverter. The communication distance on fibre depends on if if multimod- or a single-mode fibre is used. The SDW-500 is designed for extended temperature range and can therefore be installed were temperatures can drop well below freezing.
