The CA-Y+ antenna is a directional yagi type. It is DC-short circuited so making it much less suceptible to lightning strike than convential antenna
Westermo offer two versions designed for the unlicensced bands available in the UK
CA-450Y+-TNC for 440-475 MHz
CA-860Y+-TNC for 830-890 MHz
The antenna are supplied with a 50cm flying lead terminated with a TNC connector. Westermo have a range of extension cables availble to allow easy connection to the Elpro Radios.
The antenna is supplied with an aluminium alloy bracket, stainless steel V-bolts and self locking nuts
