Fast leave

Did you know WeOS supports the fast leave function for IGMP?

Many switches support the basic IGMP Multicast (MC) features which allow devices to join and leave a MC group, however very few support more advanced features such as Fast leave.  Fast leave allows a consumer of MC data to switch quickly between MC groups.  For example, a crane operator wants to switch between several CCTV cameras to correctly position a shipping container. Without Fast leave, there will be a delay where the operator will continue to receive the original video stream. Fast leave ensures when the operator deselects a camera feed, the video stream will cease within a few milliseconds.
