Education as a key for the transition to a sustainable society
Ensuring that education is accessible to everyone is essential for our collective future and the success of our company. We want to promote an increased interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) among especially young people and help provide the tools that enable addressing challenges, risks and opportunities for increased sustainability – socially, environmentally and financially. We see Climate change as one of the biggest challenges facing the world today. We believe engineering plays a crucial role in addressing environmental challenges, making our efforts in this area a natural extension of our work
We can contribute through support and sharing of our knowledge in many different areas: digitalization, operations, data communication and infrastructure, cyber security and sustainability etc. Providing internship and thesis work also support in giving students practical experience in real industrial environments which can help develop their professional skills and enhance their employability.

Setting health and wellness as a focus area enables our company to create value for both employees, our company and society.
