How to upgrade from version 1 to version 2 of WeConfig

• Users of WeConfig v1 will be notified in the tool, that version 2 is available, and asked if they would like to update their installation. 
• WeConfig v2 can open project files from WeConfig v1 (from version 1.18).
• WeConfig v1 and v2 can both be installed on the same machine. If one of the installations is not MSI-based, v1 and v2 will share settings.
