All standard Westermo products are warranted against defects in design, materials or workmanship for a time period of five (5) years from date of delivery.

Follow these simple steps to get your product repaired
1. Contact tech support
Send your inquiry by email to cro.se@westermo.com with a brief description of the issue and the unit involved.
2. Fill out our form
We will send you a form that needs to be completed with details about the product, the issue, and your contact information.
3. Receive a CRO number
Once we receive the completed form, we will reply with a case number (CRO number) and instructions for sending in the unit.
4. Send the unit
You are responsible for shipping the unit to us after receiving the CRO number. We will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired unit to you.
5. Confirmation and processing time
After receiving the unit, we will send a confirmation including an estimated processing time. If the product is covered by the Westermo Warranty, repair will start without further notice. If any additional cost arises Westermo will send an updated order confirmation listing the charges. Repair will only start upon your approval.
6. Service report and return
When a unit has been repaired, you will receive a service report detailing:
