Westermo 5 years warranty

All Westermo products are warranted against defects in design, materials or workmanship for a time period of five (5) years. 5 year warranty is valid for all products sold after 2012-01-30. For more information please see General Conditions of Sale.

If a product should fail within this specific warranty time, the product can be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced with a new unit
  • Replaced with a equivalent repaired product fulfilling the same functionality
  • Full refund according to the purchase price if repair or replacement is impossible

We can also repair products that are out of warranty at an agreed cost.

Follow these simple steps to get your product repaired

1. Contact tech support
Send your inquiry by email to support.se@westermo.com to receive an RMA reference code.

2. Submit CRO request
Upon receiving your RMA reference, please fill out and submit a CRO request, and we will provide you with a CRO number and further instructions.

3. Send your product
Label each box with the CRO number you have been assigned and ship unit.

4. Confirmation
When a unit is received by Westermo, a confirmatory e-mail will be sent to you.

5. Customer acceptance
If the product is covered by the Westermo Warranty, repair will start without further notice. If any additional cost arises Westermo will send an updated order confirmation listing the charges. Repair will only start upon your approval.

6. Return
When a unit has been repaired, Westermo will return the unit next available shipping day.
