Shipping costs to Westermo are paid for by the sender. For repairs covered by warranty, repaired or replaced products will be returned at Westermo's expense. For repairs not covered by warranty (No Warranty / chargeable repairs), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipment from Westermo. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we will assume that the product was received in good condition.
