CRO Request form

Our Stora Sundby facility will be closed for summer vacation from July 15th to July 26th, 2024. Limited communication, no production or repair, and no shipments during this period. Also, longer lead times anticipated between June 24th and August 5th. Contact us for urgent requests. Thank you for your understanding

You can request a Customer Repair Order (CRO) number from Westermo by filling in the following form. Once we have received and confirmed your request, you will be assigned a CRO number and the unit can be shipped to Westermo for repair. Please note that the form is intended for one product request. If you wish to send several products for repair, please make one submission per product.

Shipping costs is paid for by the sender. Repaired products will be returned at Westermo's expense. Damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days of receipt of the product. After 30 days, we will assume that the product was received in good condition.

By submitting your request, you agree with Westermo's warranty policy and understand that we may contact you to process your request and that your personal data will be handled in accordance with Westermo's privacy policy.
