To ensure that the service is carried out in a safe and professional manner a Risk Assessment and Method Statement is done together with the customer and signed prior to the visit. The scope of works is documented and may entail Product Configuration, Verification of Functionality, Final Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) support depending on the commissioning details.
